A popular walk for experienced walkers. 9 miles in length (one way). Leave your car at Rannoch Station and take the train to Corrour the next stop up the line to Fort William (approx 10 mins). Corrour is the most remote railway station in Scotland, on the northern edge of Rannoch Moor, 10 miles at least from the nearest tarmac road.
Follow the posted route around Loch Rannoch, find out about the Clans who used to live in the glen. Hard to imagine, as the glen is so tranquil, that it wasn't so quiet in the past!
